Join the 10th edition of Wind meets Gas on 8–9 October 2026 in the Martinikerk, Groningen, where industry leaders, policymakers, innovators and young professionals come together to explore the future of the North Sea energy system.
Under the theme Back to the Future, WMG 2026 reflects on a decade of progress while looking ahead to the system choices that will shape the next ten years. As offshore wind, hydrogen, CO₂ infrastructure, biomass and industrial decarbonisation become increasingly connected, the North Sea region is evolving into an integrated energy and carbon system.
Over two days, participants will discuss how electrons and molecules can work together to deliver a future energy system that is sustainable, secure and affordable.
Day 1 – The North Sea as an Integrated Energy System
Exploring the interaction between offshore wind, hydrogen, CO₂ and infrastructure, and the strategic role of ports as energy hubs.
Day 2 – Regional Reality and Future Leadership
Focusing on implementation, innovation and the next generation of energy leaders shaping tomorrow's energy system.
Celebrate 10 years of Wind meets Gas and help define the future of the North Sea energy transition.
