Laimonas Talat-Kelpša is a Lithuanian diplomat with nearly three decades of service in foreign and security policy, currently serving as Ambassador to the Netherlands. His academic background in political science from Vilnius University and the University of Oslo launched his career as a presidential foreign policy speechwriter. Over the years, he has held key diplomatic positions, including serving as Ambassador to India and the Czech Republic, alongside high-level policy roles at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Highly decorated for his contributions to international relations, he has also authored works on crisis management and democratic governance.
